The hot and sunny Desert-like Arizona area, and is not the best place to be a Vamp, but the sun can be endured for a period of 3 hours. For Lycanthropes, its pretty easy to be themselves, in human and/or wolf form because there aren't many Pure Humans that they can frighten there.
